Organising a birthday party?
Contact us to build you own bespoke birthday party package for up to 30 children. You have a choice of 3 modules each lasting 30 minutes and 1 module lasting 1 hour and you can have 1, 2, 3 or all 4 modules in your package.
Please note you will be responsible for the children in your party on the day as we will only provide instructors/coaches to help with the relevant activities in your package.
Module 1 - Riding (30 minutes)
advised for ages 6 years +
Riding in groups of maximum 6 at one time with one of our instructors teaching balance and coordination through fun games.
Prices: £33 per child (maximum 12 children)
Module 2 - Pony Care & Bonding (30 minutes)
suitable for ages 4 years+
Supervised care and grooming of horses taught in our Little Yard stable area by one of our grooms.
Prices: £14 per child (up to 6 children); £12 per child (7-12 children); £10 per child (13 to 18 children)
Module 3 - Gallivanters Games (30 minutes)
suitable for ages 4 years+
Equestrian active outdoor games such as horseshoe hide & seek, den-building, chariot racing and tug-of-war in our Gallivanters barns and tracks area. Plus firepit area.
Prices: £12 per child (up to 6 children); £10 per child (7-12 children); £8 per child (13 to 18 children)
Module 4 - Bush Craft Party (1 hour)
suitable for ages 4 years+
30 minutes of Gallivanters Games such as horseshoe hide & seek, den-building, chariot racing and tug-of-war in our Gallivanters barns and tracks area followed by 30 minutes of Golden Barn Wood Wack activities such as tree climbing, wood-whittling, stool-making, bows & arrows contest, axe throwing, fire-laying, foraging and marshmallow toasting.
Prices: £22 per child (up to 6 children); £20 per child (7-12 children); £18 per child (13 to 18 children)
Module 5 - Overnight Sleepover
suitable for ages 7 years+ and adults; minimum 4 people
Hold your Sleepover in the Cottage in heart of the riding centre. It includes breakfast & play with the ponies, ride & groom them during the day and outdoor fires & marshmallows and indoors popcorn and films and warm duvets in the evening.
Choose between Friday or Saturday night (arrive by 5 pm, depart 12 pm). Riding (1 or 2 can be booked).
Children’s parties events will be hosted by a residential party matron.
Prices: £120 per child (max 8 children; with in-cottage and onsite full care); £115 per adult (max 6 adults)
Hire of Lecture Room or Warm Barn
There is plenty of space on our terrace to use for your party but if you'd like to hire our lecture room in the Clubhuse or the Warm Barn in the Gallivanters area for your birthday cake, please let us know. It will be yours to decorate, have your party and tidy up afterwards.
Prices: £40 for first hour; £20 per hour for additional hours
Horse Box Tea Party
For a birthday tea party with a difference, you can hire our converted horse box in our Stable Meadow with plenty of outdoors space around it. It will be yours to decorate, have your party and tidy up afterwards.
